This workshop focuses on rebuilding strength and energy through yoga asana and corrective exercises while bonding with your baby through movement, infant massage and play. Class will address regaining strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic floor muscles and releasing tension in your shoulders, neck and chest. Your baby will participate throughout the class, enjoying multi-sensory stimulation and age-appropriate developmental movements such as tummy time, rolling and sitting. This class is ideal for adults and babies for 4 weeks to crawling.
